Anchorfell · Net

Your information.

Anchorfell is independently operated by Net. This notice explains the account and playtest data used by this website. Updated October 7, 2026.

What the website uses

Amazon Cognito handles account registration, passwords, verification, and recovery. The website uses your immutable account identifier, verified email when available, and display name to identify your account and show your own information.

When you apply for a playtest, we store the details you submit, your application decision, invitations, access dates, and cancellations. Administrative changes and invitation redemption create audit records so access decisions can be checked.

The current purchase integration is an operator-only Stripe sandbox. It stores test order identifiers and payment status. Card details are entered with Stripe and are not stored by Anchorfell.

Why we use it

We use this information to provide your account, review playtest applications, grant and verify time-limited access, prevent invitation reuse or unauthorized changes, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and service providers

The website uses necessary cookies for its encrypted sign-in session and the short-lived authorization flow. Tokens are not stored in browser local storage. This release adds no advertising or analytics trackers.

The website runs through Sites/Cloudflare. AWS provides Cognito and the account/access backend. Stripe processes sandbox checkout when configured. The support mailbox uses Namecheap when activated. These providers process information needed to supply their respective services.

Access, retention, and requests

Only your account can read its account-specific records; authorized operators can review applications and manage invitations. Cancelling or resetting playtest access preserves the decision history rather than deleting account data.

Contact Net through support to request access, correction, or deletion of your account information. Records needed to investigate misuse, resolve outstanding requests, or meet applicable obligations may need to be retained. Password changes and recovery remain with Cognito.
